1 范圍：本工藝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于建筑物、構(gòu)筑物設(shè)置的自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)工程的安裝。
2 施工準(zhǔn)備。
2.1 接到施工任務(wù)后，認(rèn)真熟悉圖紙及施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，發(fā)現(xiàn)有影響施工的設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題時(shí)，及時(shí)與有關(guān)人員研究，辦理洽商手續(xù)。按照工程特點(diǎn)確定施工方法，配備相應(yīng)的勞動(dòng)力、設(shè)備、材料、機(jī)具等。同時(shí)配備配套的生活、生產(chǎn)臨時(shí)設(shè)施。
2.2 設(shè)備、材料：
2.2.1 自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)主要設(shè)備材料的選用應(yīng)符合6條“消防工程安裝的通知”的有關(guān)內(nèi)容。
2.2.2 主要設(shè)備：噴淋泵，水泵結(jié)合器，報(bào)警閥及組件，信號(hào)控制閥，水流指示器，噴灑頭，氣壓給水裝置，穩(wěn)壓泵等。其中噴灑頭，報(bào)警閥，壓力開(kāi)關(guān)，水流指示器等主要系統(tǒng)組件應(yīng)有國(guó)家消防產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心檢測(cè)報(bào)告。
2.2.3 一般常用材料：管材及連接件，型鋼，焊條，氧氣，乙炔，厚漆，麻，聚四氟乙烯帶，膨脹螺栓，密封墊，螺栓，螺母，機(jī)油，防腐漆，稀料，小線，鉛絲，電池等。
2.3 主要機(jī)具，套絲機(jī)，砂輪鋸，臺(tái)鉆，電錘，手砂輪
