鋼門(mén)窗安裝
本技術(shù)交底適用于一般工業(yè)與民用建筑鋼門(mén)窗安裝工程。
1．材料產(chǎn)品要求
(1)鋼門(mén)窗的品種、型號(hào)應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，生產(chǎn)廠家應(yīng)具有產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量認(rèn)證，并應(yīng)有產(chǎn)品合格證。進(jìn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。
(2)鋼門(mén)窗五金配件及橡膠密封條，必須與門(mén)窗規(guī)格型號(hào)匹配，且必須保證其質(zhì)量。
(3)水泥325號(hào)及其以上，砂為中砂或粗砂。
(4)各種型號(hào)的機(jī)螺絲、焊條、扁鐵等，應(yīng)與鋼門(mén)窗預(yù)留尺寸吻合，其固定方法符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
(5)涂刷的防銹漆及所用鐵砂等均應(yīng)符合圖紙要求。
2．主要機(jī)具
一般應(yīng)備有：電焊機(jī)、面具、焊把線、鐵鍬、大鏟或抹子托線板、小線、鐵水平尺、線墜、小水桶、木楔、錘子、絲錘、螺絲刀等。
3．作業(yè)條件
(1)結(jié)構(gòu)工程已完，且經(jīng)質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收，工種之間辦好交接手續(xù)。
(2)已按圖示尺寸要求彈好門(mén)窗中線，并彈好室內(nèi)50cm水平線。
(3)門(mén)窗預(yù)埋鐵件腳孔眼，按其標(biāo)高、位置留好，并經(jīng)檢查符合要求，并將預(yù)留孔內(nèi)清理干凈。
(4)門(mén)窗與過(guò)梁混凝土之間的聯(lián)接鐵件，位置、數(shù)量、經(jīng)檢查符合要求，對(duì)未設(shè)連接鐵件或位置不準(zhǔn)者，應(yīng)按鋼門(mén)窗安裝要求補(bǔ)齊。
(5)裝前檢查，鋼門(mén)窗型號(hào)、尺寸、對(duì)翹曲、開(kāi)焊、變形等缺陷，應(yīng)修好后再使用。
(6)組合鋼門(mén)窗，要事先做拼裝樣板，經(jīng)驗(yàn)收合格后方可大量組裝。
(7)對(duì)經(jīng)過(guò)校正或補(bǔ)焊處防銹漆破壞的應(yīng)補(bǔ)刷，并保證涂刷
