一、 塔式超重機作業安全技術交底

（2） （1）超重機路基和軌道的鋪設，必須嚴格按照原廠使用規定及符合以下要求：
（3） ①軌距偏差不得超過其名義值的1／1000；
（4） ②在縱橫方向上鋼軌頂面的傾斜度不大于1／1000
（5） ③兩條軌道的接頭必須錯開。鋼軌接頭間隙在3～6mm之間，接頭處應架在軌枕上，兩端高差不大于2mm；

（8） ⑥起重機在施工期內，每周或雨后慶以軌道基礎檢查一次，發現不符合規定時，應及時調整。
（9） （2）起重機的安裝、頂升、拆卸必須按照原廠規定進行，并制定安全作業措施，由專業隊（組）在隊（組）長負責統一指導下進行，并要有技術和安全人員在場監護。
（10） （3）起重機安裝后，在無載荷的情況下，塔身與地面的垂直度偏差值不得超過
（11） 3／1000。
（12） （4）起重機專用的臨時配電箱，宜設置在軌道中部附近，電源開關應合乎規定要求。電纜卷筒必須運轉靈活、安全可靠，不得拖纜。
（13） （5）起重機必須安裝行走、變幅、吊鉤高度等限位器和力矩限制器等安全裝置，并保證靈敏可靠。對有升降式駕駛室的起重，斷繩保護裝置必須可靠。
（6）起重機的塔身上，不得懸掛標語牌。
