常用超重、吊裝、拖運(yùn)安全技術(shù)交底

一、 垂直運(yùn)輸架、吊盤(pán)裝置技術(shù)交底
垂直運(yùn)輸架擔(dān)負(fù)著腳手架上施工人員、工具和材料的垂直運(yùn)輸任務(wù)。目前使用的有：井架、龍門(mén)架、獨(dú)桿提升架等。井架和龍門(mén)架的吊盤(pán)均應(yīng)有可靠的安全裝置，防止吊盤(pán)在運(yùn)行中和停車(chē)裝、卸料時(shí)發(fā)生嚴(yán)重事故，吊盤(pán)安全裝置有：
１． 吊盤(pán)停車(chē)安全裝置是防止吊盤(pán)在裝、卸料時(shí)卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)制動(dòng)失靈而產(chǎn)生跌落事故的一種裝置，有安全支杠和安全掛鉤兩種形式。目前普遍使用的是安全支杠裝置，它由安全杠和安全卡兩部分組成。安全卡還具有使裝料、卸料平穩(wěn)、方便的作用。為確保安全生產(chǎn)，卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)的制動(dòng)器和吊盤(pán)停車(chē)安全支杠應(yīng)聯(lián)合使用，同時(shí)還應(yīng)注意統(tǒng)一指揮升降。
２． 吊盤(pán)鋼絲繩的安全裝置是由無(wú)縫鋼管內(nèi)裝鋼制的可伸縮“舌頭”組成。它的作用是在吊盤(pán)綱絲繩斷后的瞬間將“舌頭”彈出管內(nèi)，擱在井架或龍門(mén)架的橫桿上，以保證吊盤(pán)不致往下跌落。
