15CFG樁復合地基處理工程.doc

說明：目前建筑工程中CFG樁的復合地基多采用低級別混凝土代替CFG樁填料，本節均以此為據。
一、 材料要求
1、 凝土、混凝土外加劑和摻和料：緩凝劑、粉煤灰等，均應符合標準要求，其摻量應根據施工要求通過試驗室確定。
2、 褥墊層材料：5～32mm碎石或級配砂石，均應符合標準要求。
二、 施工機具
長螺旋鉆機、混凝土輸送泵、攪拌機、三級電箱、小型挖掘機、鋼釬、小推車等。
三、 作業條件
1、 基槽開挖至設計樁頂標高以上40cm，基槽寬度不小于50cm。
2、 長螺旋鉆機、混凝土輸送泵、混凝土輸送管路等設備應經檢查、維修，保證澆筑過程順利進行。
3、 檢查電源、線路，并做好照明準備工作。
4、 配齊所有管理人員和施工人員，并對所有人員進行安全交底。
