一、 施工準備
（一） 作業條件
1、 人工成孔樁孔，井壁支護要根據該地區的土質特點、地下水分布情況，編制切實可行的施工方案，迸行井壁支護的計算和設計。
2、 開挖前場地完成三通一平。地上、地下的電纜、管線、舊建筑物、設備基礎等障礙物均已排除處理完畢。各項臨時設施，如照明、動力、通風、安全設施準備就緒。
3、 熟悉施工圖紙及場地的地下土質、水文地質資料，做到心中有數。
4、 按基礎平面圖，設置樁位軸線、定位點；樁孔四周灑灰線，測定高程水準點。放線工序完成后，辦理驗收手續。
5、 按設計要求分段做好鋼筋籠。
6、 全面開挖之前，有選擇地先挖兩個試驗樁孔，分析土質、水文等有關情況，以此修改原編施工方案。
7、 在地下水位比較高的區域，先降低地下水位至樁底以下0.5m左右。
8、 人工挖孔操作的安全至關重要，開挖前對施工人員進行全面的安全技術交底；操作前對吊具進行安全可靠的檢查和試驗，確保施工安全。
（二） 材料要求
1、 水泥：采用32.5級以上普通硅酸鹽水泥
