一、 施工準(zhǔn)備
（一） 作業(yè)條件
1、 由建設(shè)、監(jiān)理、施工、勘察、設(shè)計(jì)單位進(jìn)行地基驗(yàn)槽，完成驗(yàn)槽記錄及地基驗(yàn)槽隱檢手續(xù)，如遇地基處理，辦理設(shè)計(jì)洽商，完成后由監(jiān)理、設(shè)計(jì)、施工三方復(fù)驗(yàn)簽認(rèn)。
2、 完成基槽驗(yàn)線手續(xù)。
（二） 材料要求
1、 水泥：根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求選水泥品種、強(qiáng)度等級；若遇有侵蝕性介質(zhì)，要按設(shè)計(jì)要求選擇特種水泥；有產(chǎn)品合格證、出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告及快測試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。
2、 砂、石子：有進(jìn)場復(fù)驗(yàn)報(bào)告，質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
3、 水：采用飲用水。
4、 外加劑、摻合料：根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求通過試驗(yàn)確定。
5、 預(yù)拌混凝土所用原材料須符合上述要求，必須具有出廠質(zhì)量證明文件、檢測報(bào)告、原材試驗(yàn)報(bào)告。
6、 鋼筋要有產(chǎn)品合格證、出廠檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告和進(jìn)場復(fù)驗(yàn)報(bào)告。
（三） 施工機(jī)具
攪拌機(jī)、磅秤、手推車或翻斗車、鐵鍬、振搗棒、刮桿、木抹子、膠皮手套、串桶或溜槽等。
