一、 施工準備
（一） 鋼筋工程
1、 作業條件
（1） 鋼筋綁扎前，核對鋼筋加工料表是否正確，并檢查有無銹蝕現象，除銹后再運至施工部位。
（2） 做好放線工作J單出柱、墻的位置線，并彈好鋼筋位置線。
2、 材料要求
（1） 鋼筋：級別、規格符合設計要求。質量符合現行標準要求。
（2） 20～22#火燒絲、水泥砂漿(塑料)墊塊等。
3、 機具準備
（1） 鋼筋切斷機、鋼筋彎曲機、鋼筋調直機、鋼筋鉤子、鋼筋扳子、鋼絲刷、斷火燒絲鍘刀等。
（2） 墨斗、墨汁、小白線、粉筆等。
（二） 模板工程
1、 作業條件
（1） 外墻高出300mm部分模板采用竹膠板拼
