一、 施工準(zhǔn)備
(一) 作業(yè)條件
1、 地基土質(zhì)情況,釬探、地基處理、基礎(chǔ)軸線尺寸、基底標(biāo)高情況等均經(jīng)過(guò)勘察、設(shè)計(jì)、監(jiān)理單位驗(yàn)收,并辦理完隱檢手續(xù)。
2、 完成基槽驗(yàn)線,辦完驗(yàn)收手續(xù)。
3、 地下降水工作完成,具備施工條件。
4、 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行,校核混凝土配合比,做完混凝土配合比試配。原材料的復(fù)試、臺(tái)秤經(jīng)校準(zhǔn)、檢定合格,準(zhǔn)備好混凝土試模。
(二) 材質(zhì)要求
1、 水泥:水泥品種、強(qiáng)度等級(jí)應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求確定。質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行水泥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。工期緊時(shí)可做水泥快測(cè)。
2、 砂、石子:根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、鋼筋密度、混凝±工程施工工藝、混凝土強(qiáng)度等級(jí)的要求確定石子粒徑、砂子細(xì)度。砂、石質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
3、 水:自來(lái)水或不含有害物質(zhì)的潔凈水。
4、 外加劑:根據(jù)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)要求,確定是否采用外加劑。外加劑必須經(jīng)試驗(yàn)合格后,方可在工程上使用。
5、 摻合料:根據(jù)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)要求,確定是否采用摻合料,質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
6、 鋼筋:鋼筋的級(jí)別、規(guī)格必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,質(zhì)量符合現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
First, construction preparation
(A) Operating conditions

3, groundwater pumping and completed, with construction conditions.
4, according to the design and specification requirements, check concrete mix, finished with a test of concrete. Re-testing of raw materials, platform scale by calibration, test qualified, ready concrete tryout.
(B) material requirements
1 cement: cement variety, intensity levels shall be determined according to design requirements. Meet current standards of quality cement. Tight time schedule can do quick measure of cement.
2, sand, gravel: According to the structure, size, steel density, coagulation ± engineering construction techniques, concrete strength requirements determine the size of gravel, sand fineness. Sand, stone quality meets current standards.
3, Water: tap water or clean water free of harmful substances.
4, admixture: According to the construction organization design requirements, determine whether the use of additives. Additives must be approved by test-requisite for use in engineering.

6, steel: steel grade, size must meet the design requirements, quality meets current standards.
