一、 工藝特點
沿高層建筑基礎或在地下水位以下的建筑物基坑的四周采用泥漿護壁循環鉆機成孔,然后每隔一定距離埋設一個無砂大孔混凝土管井,形成環狀布置,從單孔管井用潛水泵抽水至連續總管內,然后排至沉淀池內,再排送至污水管井。
二、 材料、機械準備
濾水井管、循環成孔鉆機、潛水泵、吸水管、空壓機、排水管、水泵控制自動系統、3~5mm豆石、木底座或混凝土底座、瀝青、麻布等。
三、 施工準備
1、 首先要了解地質勘探資料、掌握地下土質和水位變化情況,特別是地下流砂層情況,以便確定鉆孔工藝和準備必要材料。
2、 根據總的平面布置和所開挖地下工程的面積,確定正式管井和觀測管井的數量、位置,排水管位置流向,沉淀池位置以及與污水管道連按地點。
3、 對設置井點位置進行平整、放線,用白次標明其位置。
四、 管井構造
管井的濾管為無砂大孔混凝土管,采用粒徑為3~5mm的豆石加水泥按6:1左右比例預制而成,
