A、施工準備：
2.1  材料要求：
2.1.1  涂料：乙酸乙烯乳膠漆。應有產(chǎn)品合格證、出廠日期及使用說明。
2.1.2  填充料：大白粉、石膏粉、滑石粉、羧甲基纖維素、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、地板黃、紅土子、黑煙子、立德粉等。 
2.1.3  顏料：各色有機或無機顏料，應耐堿、耐光。
      2.2  主要機具：
      2.2.l  一般應備有高凳、腳手板、半載大桶、小油桶、銅絲籮、橡皮刮板、鋼片刮板、膩子托板、小鐵鍬、開刀、膩子槽、砂紙、笤帚、刷子、排筆、擦布、棉絲等。
      2.3   作業(yè)條件：
      2.3.1  墻面應基本干燥，基層含水率不得大于10%。
      2.3.2  抹灰作業(yè)已全部完成，過墻管道、洞口、陰陽角等應提前處理完畢，為確保墻面干燥，各種穿墻孔洞都應提前抹灰補齊。
      2.3.3  門窗玻璃要提前安裝完畢。
      2.3.4  地面已施工完（塑料地面、地毯等除外），管道設備安裝完，試水試壓已進行完。
      2.3.5  大面積施工前應事先做好樣板間，經(jīng)有關質(zhì)量部門檢查鑒定合格后，方可組織班組進行大面積施工。
      2.3.6  冬期施工室內(nèi)涂料工程，應在采暖條件下進行，室溫保持均衡，一般室內(nèi)溫度不直低于+10℃，相對濕度為 60%，不得突然變化。同時應設專人負責測試和開關門窗，以利通風排除濕氣。
B、操作工藝：
3.1  工藝流程：
