建設工程可行性研究合同.doc

訂立合同雙方：
＿＿省＿＿縣＿＿（單位），以下簡稱委托方；
＿＿省＿＿設計院，以下簡稱承包方。
經雙方協商，由委托方委托承包方承擔＿＿工程的可行性研究，特訂立本合同。

　　第一條　委托方在合同簽訂之日起＿＿天以內，向承包方提供所有與研究工程有關的數據和資料，并對資料的準確性負責。
　　１．提供數據、資料的內容如下：＿＿（略）。
２．在合同期內，委托方進行與本工程有關的討論、詢價、對外談判、調研考察等所得的信息資料，應及時提供給承包方，必要時可吸收承包方參加本工程可行性研究的人員參加。

　　第二條　承包方應在＿＿年＿＿月＿＿日以前，向委托方提交本合同工程的可行性報告，并對此承擔責任，可行性報告內容應包括：
　　１．經營評價指標：
　　（１）投資內部收益率：＿＿＿＿。
　　（２）投資回收期：＿＿＿＿。
