建設(shè)工程勘察合同（１）

訂立合同雙方：
　　建設(shè)單位：＿＿＿＿以下簡稱甲方；
　　勘察單位：＿＿＿＿勘察院，以下簡稱乙方。
　　為了明確建設(shè)單位與勘察單位的經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任，分工協(xié)作，相互促進(jìn)，多快好省地完成國家建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的勘察任務(wù)，根據(jù)已被正式批準(zhǔn)的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，經(jīng)雙方充分協(xié)商，特訂立本合同，以便雙方共同遵守。
　　第一條　工程名稱、規(guī)模、投資額、建設(shè)地點(diǎn)＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿。
　　第二條　勘察的范圍、進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量＿＿＿＿＿＿＿＿。
　　第三條　甲方的義務(wù)
　　１．在簽訂合同時(shí)，甲方必須向乙方提交按基建程序批準(zhǔn)的計(jì)劃任務(wù)書復(fù)印件，提交進(jìn)行工程地質(zhì)勘察的用地批準(zhǔn)文件和紅線圖復(fù)印件。
　　２．在簽訂合同時(shí)，甲方必須在＿＿年＿＿月＿＿日向乙方提交由設(shè)計(jì)單位提出、經(jīng)建設(shè)單位同意的勘測范圍之地形圖和建筑平面布置各一份，提交由建設(shè)單位委托、設(shè)計(jì)單位填寫

Contracting parties:

In order to clarify the construction unit and survey unit of economic responsibility, division of labor and cooperation, mutual promotion, economically and efficiently complete the task of national construction project survey, has been formally approved according to the construction project, by both sides, in full consultation to make this particular contract, in order to comply with both sides.

Party's obligations under Article
