第一條 甲方應(yīng)于____年____月____日以前將規(guī)劃局紅線圖、政府部門批文、委托書以及建筑安裝工程的建筑面積、安裝項目、消防方式、庫房每層凈高等資料提交乙方。

第二條 乙方根據(jù)甲方要求，對____建筑安裝工程的地形、地質(zhì)條件、建筑安裝構(gòu)想等進行可行性研究，最后編制出設(shè)計任務(wù)書及匡算表，于____年____月日以前交付甲方。

第三條 甲方根據(jù)國家計委頒發(fā)試行的《工程設(shè)計收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》，承付乙方咨詢費____元。自本合同簽訂之日起____日內(nèi)，甲方先付給乙方____元，待乙方將設(shè)計
