甲方工程部全套管理辦法.doc

一、合同管理辦法：

1、為了規(guī)范合同簽認(rèn)程序，使現(xiàn)場施工管理程序化、規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，制定本管理辦法。
3、合同草案應(yīng)由甲方起草，經(jīng)雙方共同討論通過后先由乙方簽字蓋章。
4、本工程中由總包單位自行分包的施工合同應(yīng)及時(shí)報(bào)甲方備案。合同應(yīng)由相關(guān)部門經(jīng)理及公司總經(jīng)理審批后方可簽訂。
5、合同簽署及審批人員必須對合同內(nèi)容進(jìn)行周密考慮及審查，以保證合同主要條款的合法性、嚴(yán)密性、可行性。合同簽訂后，甲方留存一份原件，財(cái)務(wù)部、投資預(yù)算部門及經(jīng)辦部門留存一份原件或復(fù)印件，其他部門需要留存合同的，由經(jīng)辦部門提供復(fù)印件。
6、合同內(nèi)容應(yīng)盡力實(shí)現(xiàn)公司利益最大化，充分體現(xiàn)公司價(jià)值取向；
7、各類業(yè)務(wù)分包(采購)合同金額（工程造價(jià)）在5萬元以上（含5萬元）必須考慮實(shí)行招標(biāo)選擇合作單位。各類招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目預(yù)選投標(biāo)單位應(yīng)不少于三家。
8、工程類合同執(zhí)行過程及完畢后，投資預(yù)算部門應(yīng)持合同相關(guān)文件報(bào)財(cái)務(wù)部門備案。當(dāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)合同簽訂后出現(xiàn)補(bǔ)充或更改時(shí)，應(yīng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的文字說明備忘。
9、本工程鋼筋及甲供設(shè)備定貨合同應(yīng)經(jīng)丙方、乙方、甲方共同考察評比后依次簽字蓋章
二、施工質(zhì)量控制辦法
