化工石油工程施工總承包企業資質等級標準

化工石油工程施工總承包企業資質分為特級、一級、二級。
特級資質標準：
1. 企業注冊資本金3億元以上。
2. 企業凈資產3.6億元以上。
3. 企業近3年年平均工程結算收入15億元以上。
4. 企業其他條件均達到一級資質標準。
一級資質標準：
1. 企業近5年承擔過3項以上大型化工石油工程或單項工程合同額在1.5億元以上的化工石油工程施工總承包或主體工程承包，工程質量合格。
2. 企業經理具有10年以上從事工程管理工作經歷或具有高級職稱；總工程師具有10年以上從事施工技術管理工作經歷并具有本專業高級職稱；總會計師具有高級會計職稱；總經濟師具有高級職稱。
企業有職稱的工程技術和經濟管理人員不少于250人，其中

Extra Qualification criteria:
1. Enterprises registered capital of 3 billion yuan.
2. More than 360 million yuan of net assets.
3. Enterprises settled nearly three times the average annual income of 1.5 billion yuan project.
4. Enterprises are other conditions to achieve a qualification standard.
A qualification standards:
1. Enterprises over the past 5 years to bear more than three large-scale petrochemical projects or single project contract amount of 1.5 billion of petrochemical project construction contract or the main project contracting, engineering quality standards.
2. Business manager with 10 years experience in engineering management or a senior professional title; chief engineer with 10 years of management experience in construction technology and have the senior professional titles; chief accountant with senior accounting titles; chief economist with senior professional titles .
