單項工程施工協(xié)議書（范例）
甲方：
乙方（施工責(zé)任方）：
甲方承建之xxxxxx，現(xiàn)委托乙方采取包工、料、機械、設(shè)備、安全生產(chǎn)及安全設(shè)施等大包干方式進行施工。為了明確工程內(nèi)容及雙方責(zé)任，特商定如下條款，共同遵守執(zhí)行：
一、工程內(nèi)容
按施工圖紙設(shè)計方案各站點、區(qū)間交通設(shè)施或信號燈單項工程項目的工作內(nèi)容，具體為： 站、 區(qū)間交通設(shè)施部分工程。
二、方式
甲方根據(jù)乙方負責(zé)施工之上述工程最終與業(yè)主、審計中心結(jié)算價對乙方進行結(jié)算，但乙方需向甲方繳納該結(jié)算總價的10%為施工責(zé)任管理費，各類稅、費均由乙方另行繳納。
三、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)：
