項目經理崗位職責
1、全面主持項目經理部的各項工作臺并有權作出與項目相關的各項決定。
2、全面負責本項目包括前期策劃、組織和分析在內的全部管理工作,對項目的生產、采購運輸、技術、進度、計劃和統計、質量、安全、環保、項目成本控制、財務管理以及文明施工等方面負全責。
3、代表總公司履行與業主的合同,協調與業主、監理以及政府、相關部門的各種關系,協調與各供應商及承包商的關系。
4、協調與總公司各職能部門,項目各職能部門的接口關系。
5、按總公司要求建立項目質量管理體系與安全保證體系,編寫并組織實施質量體系文件。
Project Manager Responsibilities
