受總工程師領導負責技術資料管理和收集，健全各類資料的分類、驗證、收發(fā)和借閱制度。
一、負責技術文件的收發(fā)事宜，保管本項目使用的設計文件的技術性文件。
二、專人集中管理技術資料，建立和規(guī)范借閱制度。
三、做好資料的分類工作，資料分門別類妥善保管。
四、施工原始資料及時收集并做好保管、保存和歸檔工作。
五、全部工程竣工移交后，按科技檔案管理規(guī)定，清理設計文件及各項資料，分別按留用，歸檔、上交、銷毀等方式予以處理。
六、相關資料收集和整理與施工進度同步進行，保證資料能準確反映工程施工中的技術狀態(tài)。
七、檔案室按公司及業(yè)主歸檔范圍向公司和業(yè)主部門移交歸檔文件。
八、檔案室按規(guī)定參加工程竣工驗收，保證檔案資料完整齊全歸檔。
File room duties

7, archive filing by the company and owners of the scope of companies and property owners to transfer the archive department.
