第一章 總則
第一條 為了維護(hù)公司利益,特制訂本規(guī)定,公司全體員工必須嚴(yán)格遵守。
第二條 秘密分為三等級:絕密、機(jī)密、密。
第二章 細(xì)則
第三條 嚴(yán)守秘密,不得以任何方式向公司內(nèi)外無關(guān)人員散布、泄漏公司機(jī)密或涉及公司機(jī)密。
第四條 不得向其他公司員工窺探、過問非本人工作職責(zé)內(nèi)的公司機(jī)密。
第五條 嚴(yán)格遵守文件(包括傳真、計(jì)算機(jī)盤片)登記和保密制度。秘密文件存放在有保密設(shè)施的文件柜內(nèi),計(jì)算機(jī)中的秘密文件必須設(shè)置口令,并將口令報(bào)告公司總經(jīng)理。不準(zhǔn)帶機(jī)密文件到與工作無關(guān)的場所。不得在公共場所談?wù)撁孛苁马?xiàng)和交接秘密文件。
第六條 嚴(yán)格遵守秘密文件、資料、檔案的借用管理制度。如需借用秘密文件、資料、檔案,須經(jīng)總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)。并按規(guī)定辦理借用登記手續(xù)。
第七條 秘密文件、資料不準(zhǔn)私自翻印、復(fù)印、摘錄和外傳。因工作需要翻印、復(fù)制時(shí),應(yīng)按有關(guān)規(guī)定經(jīng)辦公室批準(zhǔn)后辦理。復(fù)制件應(yīng)按照文件、資料的
Chapter I General Provisions
