根據《合同法》及有關規定，按照平等互利的原則，為明確出租方與承租方的權利義務，經雙方協商一致，簽訂本合同。
第一條 租賃物資的品名、規格、數量、質量。詳見合同附件（略）。
第二條 租賃期限

租賃期間，承租方對租用物資要妥善保管，并負擔維修保養費用。租賃物資退還時，雙方檢查驗收，如有損壞、缺少、保養不善等，要按雙方協商議定的《租賃物資缺損賠償及維修收費辦法》，由承租方向出租方償付賠償金、維修及保養費。
第六條 出租方變更
