泰州樁基工程特點、要點及施工工藝(素材)
一、設計要求
1、根據工程地質條件、各建構筑物上部荷載的情況及對沉降的要求,本工程將采用PHC管樁及淺層地基處理方法.
2、主廠房基礎、汽機基礎、鍋爐爐架、集控樓、煙囪基礎、煤系統等荷載較大,對沉降的控制標準較高,采用Φ600PHC130(110)樁;主廠房附屬設備基礎、爐后構筑物、電除塵、煙風道支架、風機基礎、A排外構筑物、干煤棚、化水等采用500×110PHC管樁;循環水管溝、材料庫、油泵房、推煤機庫等輔助、附屬建構筑物將采用水泥攪拌樁.
3、PHC管樁采用錘擊沉樁法。入土深度約為50米和39米左右,達到持力層⑧粉細砂層和⑥層。
4、管樁各部位根據設計要求進行送樁,深度約2-7米。
二、工程特點
1、由于本工程地處長江灘塗地質條件

3, PHC pile used Driven Piles. Embedded depth of about 50 meters and 39 meters to reach the bearing layer ⑧ ⑥ layer and layer of fine sand.
4, pipe design requirements for each part sent under the pile, the depth of about 2-7 meters.
