④預制構件安裝
A預制混凝土構件應符合設計圖和國家標準GB50204-2002《混凝土結構工程施工及驗收規范》的規定。
B構件混凝土澆筑完畢后，應標注構件的型號和制作日期，對于上、下難以分辨的構件尚應注意“上”字，并應標注在統一的位置上。
C預制構件進場要檢查板端是否堵孔（進入板端4cm堵孔），如未堵應補堵，樓板有裂縫者，不得使用。預制構件安裝鋪放后，支座用水淋濕，再用10厚1：2.5水泥砂漿坐漿，安裝時，構件留40-60mm板縫，內附加1φ8鋼筋，縫內采用C20細石砼澆灌密實。板縫施工層不能在結構施工層進行，以避免板的變形，振動影響板縫質量。
