由中建七局四公司中標承建的廣西南寧市邕江民生廣場平臺A標段工程（全部平臺工程分A、B兩個標段），是南寧市136的重點工程，也是市政府的主抓工程，地處南寧市江濱路，平臺面積為1.4萬平方米，造價約1800萬元，按三級平臺設置，是南寧市集防洪、休閑為一體的一大景觀。要求施工工期：170天（日歷天），2003年8月三日主體全部施工完畢。
主要工程內容：平臺土建[含樁基礎（大直徑反循環泥漿護壁鉆孔灌注樁）]、安裝工程。（不含預制板制作安裝）
