  后澆帶施工方案
 
在建筑工程中，通過設置后澆帶來解決設計中考慮沉降差異或鋼筋混凝土的收縮變形以及混凝土的溫度應力等問題已廣泛應用。后澆帶施工是保證結構有效連接的重要環節。我司在施工石獅服裝批發城（一期）工程中，重視后澆帶各工序的施工質量，確保后澆帶滿足設計意圖，從而起到它應有的作用。
    石獅服裝批發城（一期）工程為地下1層、地上4層的框剪結構，其平面尺寸196m×66m。由縱向4道、橫向1道1000mm寬后澆帶將整個平面劃分為10個施工段。后澆帶長達460m。
1．后澆帶的留設及支模
1.1  地下室底板、外墻后澆帶
地下室后澆帶施工中，底板、外墻后澆帶防水是兩個值得注意的問題。本工程地下水位-4.70~-4.50m，底板底標高為-4.60m，根據作業方案，人工挖孔樁施工階段采用的深井降水措施，在墊層施工后停止。為防止地下水產生突涌，采用對底板后澆帶處混凝土墊層施工進行加厚、提高混凝土強度等級，局部配筋等措施（見圖1）。
