一、工程概況
本工程為唐山市宏揚(yáng)花園商住樓工程，位于唐山市火炬路西側(cè)，由唐山宏揚(yáng)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)公司招標(biāo)籌建，唐山國旺建筑安裝有限公司中標(biāo)承建。工期為333天，要求2001年10月10日開工，2002年10月30日竣工交付使用。該工程由唐山市規(guī)劃建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院設(shè)計(jì)，建筑平面為5單元組合條式住宅樓。建筑面積為16757.66M2（其中地下室面積2310M2）。地下是一層半地下室，地上主體為六層。地下室層高2.2M，首層層高為3.6M，二層層高為3.0M，三至六層層高為2.9M，單元組合為一梯兩戶，一二層為商業(yè)用房，三至六層為住宅。該工程為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。腳手架拆除方案編制依據(jù)《建筑施工扣件式鋼管腳手架安全技術(shù)規(guī)范》（JGJ130-2001）、《建筑施工安全檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（ＪＧＪ５９－９９）、《河北省〈建筑施工安全檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)〉實(shí)施細(xì)則》等。
二、作業(yè)人員組成
腳手架拆除必須由持有上崗證的架子工拆除。設(shè)一名指揮人員架子工組長和架子工４名。
三、腳手架拆除順序
嚴(yán)格遵守拆除順序，堅(jiān)持由上而下，先加固后拆的原則，不能上下同時作業(yè)， 拆除腳手
