本工程基礎(chǔ)模板除地下室中基礎(chǔ)梁下沉部位、地下室筏板外側(cè)模板均采用240厚實心磚磚胎模以處，其余均采用防水膠合板模板、木方背楞，鋼管扣件支撐體系，配合采用槽鋼柱箍、梁柱定型接頭及對拉螺栓和工具式活動支撐。
１） 根據(jù)本工程結(jié)構(gòu)形式、規(guī)模、層次、工期質(zhì)量目標(biāo)要求和我公司資源配備情況，考慮一次配足整個地下室施工所需的底板、墻板、頂板等構(gòu)件所有的模板支撐體系，框架柱模板按各規(guī)格總柱數(shù)的1/2配備，施工中進(jìn)行翻轉(zhuǎn)使用。
２） 在施工過程中，對于每次拆除后的模板，要安排人員清理并檢查，對于有破損的應(yīng)及時更換，所有模板統(tǒng)一加工制作后應(yīng)編號使用。
３） 針對本地下室工程創(chuàng)建筑優(yōu)質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的工程目標(biāo)，我們在模板的投入上要下硬功夫，考慮所有模板均采用防水竹膠模板，其中槽鋼柱箍和梁柱接頭由專業(yè)廠家根據(jù)實際構(gòu)件尺寸專門加工制作后送至現(xiàn)場安裝。其余梁板模板由現(xiàn)場事先統(tǒng)一下料加工，并按照細(xì)木加工的要求進(jìn)行模板制作。
４） 模板施工準(zhǔn)備工作：
