一、 工程概況
****工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目位于昆明市**路延長(zhǎng)線***號(hào)，占地約300畝，由云南***房地產(chǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)有限公司開(kāi)發(fā)，小區(qū)共劃為兩個(gè)標(biāo)段，總建筑面積約為32萬(wàn)平方米，設(shè)計(jì)由云南***設(shè)計(jì)院和昆明**大學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)研究院分標(biāo)段設(shè)計(jì)，小區(qū)規(guī)劃建筑為七層住宅區(qū)和小高層住宅區(qū)，工程地質(zhì)勘察由昆明**建筑勘察設(shè)計(jì)院進(jìn)行地質(zhì)勘察。
由本施工單位組織施工的為小高層住宅區(qū)的共12幢，均為十三層框剪結(jié)構(gòu)，基中地下一層，地上十三層。場(chǎng)地屬古滇池湖
