二、工程概況
1、工程概況：
 中科院中關(guān)村青年小區(qū)位于北京市海淀區(qū)中關(guān)村東路80號(hào)，10＃、11＃樓位于小區(qū)西北側(cè)，該工程地下二層，地上二十八層，為鋼筋混凝土全現(xiàn)澆剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。建筑高度為79.90m，一類高層民用建筑，耐火等級(jí)為一級(jí)，地下室層高為3.2m、5.6m,地上部分為2.8m、2.9m。
本工程地下室基礎(chǔ)底板厚度為1600mm,混凝土剪力墻厚度為300mm,250mm。樓板厚度為300mm、220mm,地上

1, Project Overview:
 Chinese Academy of Sciences Zhongguancun, Haidian District, Beijing Youth Zone is located in Zhongguancun East Road, 80, 10 #, 11 # House in district northwest of the underground second floor, the floor 20 eight-story, reinforced concrete shear wall structure of the whole place. Building height of 79.90m, a class of senior civil construction, fire resistance rating for a basement storey is 3.2m, 5.6m, shoot for the 2.8m, 2.9m.
