 整體爬升式腳手架施工方案
本工程主體高度為71.2米，結(jié)合建筑物結(jié)構(gòu)形式，根據(jù)本公司類似工程的施工管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，四層以下采用雙排落地式鋼管扣件腳手架，四層以上采用整體爬升式腳手架。
節(jié)11.1爬升外腳手架的設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)想
腳手架以不大于7m的跨度為一個單元，共設(shè)30個承力底托，30個挑梁及電動葫蘆，架體共12步加一步護(hù)身欄，總高18.60m，橫豎桿間距1.4m左右，雙排架子寬0.8m，里排桿距建筑物0.5m，架體最下面一步架為承力桁架，承力桁架部分每個節(jié)間均設(shè)斜腹桿。承力桁架兩端坐落在承力底托上，承力底托里端用M22螺栓與建筑物邊梁固定，外端用φ25斜拉桿與上一層邊梁拉結(jié)，懸掛電動葫蘆的挑梁固定方法同承力底托。
節(jié)11.2爬升外腳手架的安裝及提升工藝流程
    1、安裝工藝流程：
搭設(shè)操作平臺架子→安裝承力底托→搭設(shè)承力桁架→搭設(shè)整個架體→設(shè)立拉結(jié)點(diǎn)→架體鋪板、掛網(wǎng)→安裝挑梁、電動葫蘆→連接葫蘆與承力底托→安裝防外傾裝置→安裝防墜落→檢查驗(yàn)收。
2、提升工藝流程：
檢查掛鉤→松開所有固定拉結(jié)→撤離架體上所有活荷載→短暫開動葫蘆、繃緊鏈條→調(diào)整葫蘆鏈條使之受力均勻→拆除承力底托與建筑物的連接→開機(jī)提升，觀察同步情況→提升到位安裝承力底托→安裝承力底托拉結(jié)點(diǎn)→檢查驗(yàn)收后提供使用。
在使用期間將挑梁、電動葫蘆升到上一層以備下
