二、工程概況
1、工程地點：北京市豐臺區南三環路劉家窯橋
2、工程名稱：北京地鐵五號線劉家窯站出入口站前廣場工程
3、工程概況：本工程設計總面積為10958.64（平方米），共分為四個區
第一區：東南出入口站前廣場（2025.22平方米）（其中含硬化后歸還870.18平方米），包括站前廣場鋪裝、停車場鋪裝、綠化。
第二區：東北出入口站前廣場（1591.31平方米），包括站前廣場鋪裝、停車場鋪裝、綠化。
第三區：西南出入口站前廣場（2277.70平方米）（其中含綠化后歸還1117.30平方米），包括站前廣場鋪裝、停車場鋪裝、綠化。
第四區：西北出入口站前廣場（5063.41平方米），包括站前廣場鋪裝、停車場鋪裝、綠化。
