一、施工方案
1.1 工程概況
(1) 工程名稱：XX鄉人民政府綜合樓
(2) 工程地點：XX鄉人民政府院內
(3) 工程規模及功能分區：總建筑面積為6145m2，層數為六層，房屋高度為21.6m。各層使用功能如下：
一層∽二層：門面
三層∽六層：住宅
(4) 結構設計：基礎為振動灌注樁基礎、六層磚混、按七度抗震烈度設防，樓板除樓梯間、衛生間、廁所、客廳等為現澆板外，其余均為預應力空心板，砌體結構采用Mu10粘土磚、一至三層為M10混合砂漿、四至五層為M7.5混合砂漿、六層以上為M5混合砂漿，砼結構強度等級情況如下：
基礎采用C20砼
現澆柱、梁、板除一至三層采用C30砼外，以上均為C20砼
現澆構造柱、圈梁采用C20砼
鋼筋級別為Ⅰ、Ⅱ級。
(5) 屋面防水：剛性防水
(6) 建筑裝飾
外墻：采用外墻漆
室內地面為水泥砂漿、內墻為混合砂漿。
1.2 施工部署
1.2.1 施工管理目標
為樹立企業形象，實現各項管理目標，推行項目法管理，采用先進技術，精心組織、精心操作、優質、安全、高速、低耗建好該工程，具體目標如下：
工程質量：確保省優良工程。
施工工期：確保160天竣工交付使用。
安全生產：杜絕重大傷亡、設備、火災事故。
文明施工：執行現場標準化管理，成為文明典范。
服務目標：與各方密切配合，為設備安裝、裝修施工創造條件，使業主滿意。
1.2.2 施工組織管理機構設置
公司組建本工程項目經理部，代表公司具體對整個工程
A construction program
1.1 Project Overview
(1) Project Name: XX Township People's Government Complex Building
(2) Project Location: XX village people's government hospital

1.2 Construction of the deployment
