加工壓制金屬板原材料應有生產廠商的質量證明書，對原材料的品質按有關規定做抽樣檢查，其結果應符合國家現行標準的規定或定貨合同的要求。
壓型金屬板和泛水板、包角板成型后，其基板不得有裂紋。
加工時要避免出現漆模裂紋剝落和露出金屬基板等缺陷。
（2）
壓型金屬板后按合同文件的要求包裝出廠，包裝必須可靠，避免損傷壓型金屬板。
每個包裝箱均應設置標簽，標明壓型金屬板的材質、板型、板厚、板長、板號、數量、和生產日期。
（3）
裝卸無外包裝的壓型金屬板時，應采用吊具起吊，嚴禁直接使用鋼絲繩起吊。
壓型金屬板的長途運輸應采用集裝箱裝載。
用車輛運輸無外包裝的壓型金屬板時，應在車上設置襯有橡木膠墊的枕木，其間距不宜大于3000MM。
9.2.3.3現場制作、場內運輸與安裝
原材料進入現場后，根據貨物清單認真檢查，如發現任何質量缺陷或數量的短缺，應以書面形式通知制造商。
現場加工與車間預制具有相同的操作工藝和質量要求。
金屬板及泛水板、包角板為了避免板面的任何損傷，應做到以下幾點：
