1  總則
1.0.1  為了合理的設置消防安全疏散標志，保障人身安全、減少火災危害和方便救援，制定本標準。
1.0.2  本標準適用于新建、改建、擴建的民用建筑和平戰結合的人民防空工程中消防安全疏散標志的設計、施工、驗收與維護。
1.0.3  消防安全疏散標志的設計與施工應符合國家有關方針政策及有關工程建設和質量管理法規的規定，做到安全適用，技術先進、經濟合理。
1.0.4  設計選用的消防安全疏散標志產品必須經過國家有關消防產品質量監督檢驗測試中心認證合格。
1.0.5  消防安全疏散標志的設計與施工、驗收及維護管理，除應符合標準的規定外，尚應符合國家現行其他有關標準和規范的要求。
2  術語
2.0.1  消防安全疏散標志  Fire safety evacuation sign
用于火災時人員安全疏散時有指示作用的標志。
2.0.2  疏散標示指示 Evacuation indicator sign
用于指示疏散方向和（或）位置、引導人員疏散的標志，一般由疏散通道方向標志、疏散出口標志或兩種標志組成。
2.0.3.  疏散導流標志  Evacuation guiding strip
疏散指示標志的一種，能保持疏散人員視覺連接并引導人員通向疏散出口和安全出口的疏散指示標志。
2.0.4  警示標志  Prohibiting and inducing or warning sign
警告和提示疏散人員采取合適安全疏散行為的標志。
2.0.5  電光源型消防安全疏散標志  Electricity luminglighting fire safety evacuation sign
通過電源場致發光方式發光顯示的消防安全疏散指示標志。
2.0.6  蓄光型消防安全疏散標志  Light-cumulating fire evacuation indicator sign
通過光源照射，并在光源消失后仍能在規定時間內自發光的消防安全疏散標志。
3  設置要求
3.1  一般規定
3.1.1  消防安全疏散標志的設置應根據建筑物的用途、建筑規模、使用人員特點和室內環境等因素選用。
3.1.2  設置消防安全疏散標志時，標志內容應清晰、簡潔、明確，并與所要表達的內容相一致，不應相互矛盾或重復。
3.1.3  消防安全疏散標志應設在醒目位置，不應設置在經常被遮擋的位置（本標準另有規定者除外），疏散出口、安全出口等疏散指示標志不應設置在可開啟的門、窗扇上或其它可移動的物體上。

1 General
