為了進一步貫徹“清潔文明，安全為先；綠色環境，健康生命；科學管理，持續提高”的方針，環境/安全生產管理，做到文明施工，切實做好施工現場噪聲的控制，明確杭州公司（以下簡稱甲方）和項目部（以下簡稱乙方）的各自職責，對          項目部制定施工現場噪聲控制責任如下：
一、甲方職責：
