1 范圍
本標準提出了對職業安全衛生管理體系的基本要求，目前是使組織能夠控制其職業安全衛生危險，持續改進職工安全衛生績效。
本標準適用于任何有以下愿望的組織：
（1）建立職業安全衛生管理體系，有效地控制和消除員工和其他有關人員可能遭受的危險及危害因素；
（2）實施、維護并持續改進其職業安全衛生管理體系；
（3）保證遵循其聲明的職業安全衛生方針；

Occupational safety and health management system trial standards - Terms and definitions
1 Scope
The proposed standard for occupational safety and health management system, the basic requirements, is currently enables organizations to control their occupational health and safety risk, continuous improvement, employee safety and health performance.
This standard applies to any organization that wishes to:
(1) the establishment of occupational safety and health management system, effective control and elimination of employees and other persons may be subject to risk and risk factors;
(2) to implement, maintain and continually improve its occupational health and safety management system;
(3) to ensure compliance with their stated policy of occupational safety and health;
(4) to the community that their occupational health and safety
