內(nèi)容摘要：
1、 進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)必須遵守信達(dá)建筑工程有限公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度和紀(jì)律。
2、 在室內(nèi)推小車時(shí)，特別是在過道中拐彎時(shí)要注意小車把擠手。人推小車不準(zhǔn)倒退。
3、 夜間作業(yè)要有足夠的照明并經(jīng)二級(jí)漏電保護(hù)。
4、 燈具應(yīng)架空并用支架固定，離地面不低于2.4m。不得隨便移動(dòng)臨時(shí)照明。
5、 使用磨石子機(jī)，應(yīng)戴絕緣手套、腳穿膠鞋。
6、 電源線須經(jīng)過二級(jí)漏電保護(hù)并用橡皮電纜線，且不得有接關(guān)頭現(xiàn)象。
7、 三角磨石必須安裝牢固并有防護(hù)罩，經(jīng)試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后方可操作，不得在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)。
8、 擦草酸時(shí)人人都要佩戴膠皮手套，以免傷手。
9、 磨石機(jī)上方不準(zhǔn)站人或堆物。
10、井架吊籃提升或下降時(shí)，必須關(guān)好井架安全門。
11、卸料平臺(tái)處的操作工人，不得將頭、手伸入井架內(nèi)。
12、卸料平臺(tái)處的操作工人應(yīng)待井架停穩(wěn)后，方可進(jìn)入吊籃內(nèi)工作。
13. 嚴(yán)禁操作人員在酒后進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)。
14、每個(gè)工人進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)都必須頭戴安全帽。
15、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時(shí)，應(yīng)事先向工地報(bào)告。
16、新工人進(jìn)場(chǎng)后應(yīng)先經(jīng)過三級(jí)安全交底，并經(jīng)考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
17、新工人進(jìn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)具有四證，即：職業(yè)資質(zhì)證、身份證、計(jì)劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
