1、配制材料的現(xiàn)場應(yīng)有安全及防火措施，要遵守安全操作要求。
2、配制膠泥的穩(wěn)定劑，有的是有毒粉末，應(yīng)防止吸入鼻內(nèi)。
3、配制、施工操作時，應(yīng)戴手套、口罩、穿工作服等。
4、機(jī)械攪拌材料時，加料口及出料口要關(guān)嚴(yán)，傳動部件加防護(hù)罩。
5、嚴(yán)禁操作人員在酒后進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場作業(yè)。
6、每個工人進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場都必須頭戴安全帽。
7、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時，應(yīng)事先向工地報告。
8、新工人進(jìn)場后應(yīng)先經(jīng)過三級安全交底，并經(jīng)考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
9、新工人進(jìn)場應(yīng)具有四證，即：職業(yè)資質(zhì)證、身份證、計(jì)劃生育證和外來人口暫住證。
