內容摘要：
1、 裝卸、搬運、熬制、鋪涂瀝青，必須使用規(guī)定的防護用品。所有參加瀝青工作的人員必須穿工作服、戴手套、穿翻毛皮鞋并有帆布護蓋等，使皮膚不和瀝青接觸。
2、 熬制瀝青的地點不得設在電線的垂直下方，一般應距離建筑物25m以外。瀝青、燃料的堆放場地，離鍋不小于5m。
3、 熬油前應清除鍋內雜質和積水。
4、 熬油必須有人看守，熬油量不得超過鍋容量3/4。下班熄火，一定要將余火熄滅，關閉爐門，蓋好鍋蓋。
5、 鍋內瀝青著火，應立即用鐵板蓋住，停止鼓風，封閉爐門，熄滅爐火。嚴禁向燃燒的瀝青澆水，應用干砂或濕麻袋滅火。
6、 裝運瀝青的勺、桶、壺等工具，不得用焊錫，盛油量不得超過容器的2/3。肩挑或手推車，道路要平坦暢通，跳板要支牢，要有防滑措施，繩具要結實。垂直運輸時附近12m范圍內禁止站人，屋面上的油桶、油壺必須放置平穩(wěn)。
7、 屋面鋪貼卷材，四周應設置1.2m高的圍欄，如遇斜屋面周邊防護的高度視坡度增高，靠近屋面四周沿邊應側身操作。
8、 遇六級以上大風時，應停止操作。
9、嚴禁操作人員在酒后進入施工現(xiàn)場作業(yè)。
10、每個工人進入施工現(xiàn)場都必須頭戴安全帽。
11、班組如果因勞力不足需要再招新工人時，應事先向工地報告。
12、新工人進場后應先經過三級安全交底，并經考試合格后方可讓其正式上崗。
13、新工人進場應具有四證，即：職業(yè)資質證、身份證、計劃生育證和外來人口暫住證
