裝載機安全技術操作規程

1、 裝載機發動前要檢查發動機的油量，水量是否加足。并將各操作桿放在空檔位置，經檢查合格再發動機
器低速運轉，同時檢查各種儀表是否正常。
2、 堅持例行保養，機械經常保持完好，機件失靈，必須檢修好，在機械運轉中，禁止進行清潔、緊固、潤
滑、調整等各項工作。
3、 裝載機在開車前，注意檢查周圍是否有障礙物和危險物，對工作地段有影響施工的障礙物等必須事先清
除后再進行工作，酒后禁止開車。
4、 操作機械時，司機必須精力集中，不準吸煙和與他人玩笑打鬧，身體有病（有醫生證明者），不要勉強
操作，嚴禁非司機開車。
5、 裝載機在公路上行駛，要嚴格遵守交管部門頒發的有關交通規則、法令。中速行駛，安全禮讓，下坡時，

6、 在土質堅硬情況下，裝載機不準強行推鏟，以免損壞機件，必須選用其它機械翻松后，再用裝載機工作。
7、 嚴格執行保養規程，每次工作完要將機械擦拭干凈，檢查各部位緊固、潤滑、調整情況。
8、 每工作200-250小時進行一次一級保養，檢查調整各部間隙，緊固各部軸承，更換機油。
9、 每次工作下班時，應將機械開到安全地段，不準停在坑洼流水處，要做好運轉記錄，關閉門窗加鎖后，
司機方可離崗（冬季還應將機體和小箱內存水放凈，以防凍缸）。
