交通事故應急救援預案
為維護廣大員工的生命財產安全，及時、妥善處理我單位發生的特大道路
交通事故(死亡3人以上)，減少交通事故損失，根據《中華人民共和國道路交通管理條例》、《道路交通事故處理辦法》以及《國務院關于特大安全事故行政責任追究的規定》等法規的規定，特制訂本預案。
     一、應急預案的任務和目標
    更好地適應法律和經濟活動的要求；給企業員工的工作和施工場區周圍居民提供更好更安全的環境；保證各種應急資源處于良好的備戰狀態；指導應急行動按計劃有序地進行；防止因應急行動組織不力或現場救援工作的無序和混亂而延誤事故的應急救援；有效地避免或降低人員傷亡和財產損失；幫助實現應急行動的快速、有序、高效；充分體現應急救援的“應急精神”。
