北京新奧楓庭居住區(qū)別墅工程，由北京首發(fā)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限責(zé)任公司開發(fā)建設(shè)，北京京盛工程建設(shè)監(jiān)理有限公司監(jiān)理，中元國際工程設(shè)計研究院及北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計。該工程位于北京昌平小湯山鎮(zhèn)土溝村南，場地東臨高承高速公路溫榆河北側(cè)。
北京新奧楓庭居住區(qū)別墅工程（第Ⅰ標(biāo)段），工程建設(shè)規(guī)模28396.92平方米。該標(biāo)段共計52棟獨(dú)體別墅，為G1等12項（別墅編號：101-127，201-231），共12種戶型。
本工程均為地下一層，地上兩層，主體為全現(xiàn)澆抗震剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，地下室為筏板箱型基礎(chǔ)。墻體保溫采用擠塑板外保溫設(shè)計施工方案，工程抗震烈度按八度設(shè)防。

The works are underground level, ground floors, the main place for the whole seismic shear walls, basement box for the raft foundation. Wall insulation with extruded insulation board design and construction programs, projects seismic fortification intensity by 8 degrees.
