一、 施工準備階段監理控制要點
1、施工單位必須具備相應專業資質，并應建立完善的質量管理體系和質量檢驗制度。監理尚應審核專職管理人員、特種作業人員資格證、上崗證。
2、審核承包單位報送的開工報審表、施工方案和施工組織設計報審表。
3、審核承包單位報送的施工測量成果及施工測量成果報驗表。復查樁位、控制標高等，樁位允許偏差，群樁20mm，單樁10mm。
4、審核承包單位報送的進場工程材料質量證明資料和報審表，如為成品鋼樁，應符合成品樁的質量標準表的規定
