先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁監(jiān)理要點(diǎn)（細(xì)則）.doc

一、施工前控制要點(diǎn)
1、 審核承包單位的技術(shù)資質(zhì)證明文件、專業(yè)人員的資格證上崗證。
2、 審核承包單位的施工方案和施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。
3、 審核施工測(cè)量成果報(bào)驗(yàn)表、復(fù)查樁位、控制標(biāo)高等。
4、 檢查進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的成品樁，接樁用電焊條等產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及出廠技術(shù)質(zhì)量合格證書、品種、類型、規(guī)格（樁徑、管壁厚、樁長(zhǎng)強(qiáng)度、質(zhì)量（外觀應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和國家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力砼管樁》GB13476-92的規(guī)定及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范的規(guī)定。
5、 審查打樁設(shè)備的技術(shù)性能資料是否滿足工程實(shí)際的需要。如選擇柴油打樁錘，應(yīng)考慮如下問題：
（1） 要保證單樁承載力能達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求（國內(nèi)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，每個(gè)型號(hào)的柴油錘，其最大成樁能力（單樁極限承載力，約為100倍的型號(hào)數(shù)（KN），如D45型，最多可打極限承載力4500Kpa）。
（2） 要考慮樁的入土深度即樁的自重大小（憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)按錘重與樁重的比例，對(duì)一般土質(zhì)取0.5，若軟土較厚可取 0.4）。
（3） 要根據(jù)土質(zhì)、巖性和布樁狀況來選擇錘型，每根樁的總擊數(shù)宜在1500擊以內(nèi)。
（4） 要保證沖擊壓應(yīng)力不超過樁身砼極限強(qiáng)度的50%。
